Heard about this guy on Radio 4's 'who's passed away this week' and searched for some of his music. I'll be listening further - hope you enjoy it too.

Hi Gness, apparently he led quite a tragic life, going the way of many Aborigines, ie the booze.

Apparently to search for info/music on him you now look under Dr G as Aborigines leave their earthly name behind.
Sad story, beautiful voice and music.

I did have a little google around, Captain....he was very young and I did wonder how he died......such a tragedy and a loss.....I'll certainly listen to more....thank you again....x
