Why So Little Respect For People Here

Had the misfortune of trying to take part here today!
I've been bullied all my life over poor spelling, but thought I may be given a chance here.
It being an adult site, but of cause some people's main reason for being here is to belittle and make fun of people. To impress there friends!
I know I've always lacked a good education, in front of people like (Islay) and (new judge).
With there superior education?
And as I've had serious depression, most of my life, I know there's no escape for me.

But, Eddie, it cannot recognise misuse of 'their' and 'there', or 'you're' and 'your' etc. There are many other examples, so spellcheckers can't always be relied on

A spellchecker can help Eddie but doesn't help when the wrong word is used (unless it suggests alternatives for things like their/there/they're) but it wouldn't work for common errors like 'of '
instead of 'have' or something like 'cause' instead of 'course'

The spelling/grammar police get on my pip. The only people who should be pulled up on spelling/grammar are those who claim, but clearly don't possess, intellectual superiority. Ignore them, Peakwalker. Sensible people don't mind the odd error.

Peakwalker - I have always believed that not picking people up on their spelling is simply internet courtesy - and people who do are just being rude, and should be ignored.

Baldric, because some people write as they speak and are not quite as au fait with the written word as you are. That's fine by me. I know what they mean.
