I have judgement against my now ex tenants and when they don't pay by Friday (they won't paybso am preparing now.... see PP I am try to get ahead of the game now lol).

I am going to go for an attachment to earnings if I can on his pay as he is the man earner.

However I only know that he works for national express out of a local depot. I was wondering should I just put national express on the claim form or the head fine address or the local dept address?

Have tried looking up all these addresses now google andnfrustratingly it just gets me onto the NE websites for customer service. I even have changed nflicting addresses for head office to n London and Birmingham .

Any ideas on what I should put would be helpful.

Thanks

I would imagine you just put down National Express as it is a large business everything is probably centralised so their HR and pay offices are probably at the head office
or he might well be a contractor or self employes
Group Registered Office

National Express Group PLC
National Express House
Mill Lane
Digbeth
Birmingham
B5 6DD
Registered No: 2590560

Main Switchboard Tel: 08450 130130

I'd call them and tell them you need to write to HR and ask for that address
Given the previous unhelpfulness of your former tenants, I wouldn't be at all surprised if the guy has provided deliberately misleading information anyway.

Most National Express coach services are actually run by local coach firms who've simply signed up to have their coaches painted in National Express livery and to operate services as a sub-contractor. For example, the coach drivers (and office staff) around here in Suffolk who nominally work for National Express are actually employees of Galloway Travel Group, which is based near Stowmarket. (So, if your tenant had been one of their coach drivers it would be Galloway that you'd need to send the attachment of earnings form to, rather than National Express).

It would be interesting to know which local depot the guy works out of, as that might provide a clue as to who his real employer is.

Good point Chris.

Apparently he does the early morning Portsmouth to London run.

I don't know the company but on the court papers he filled out for the other CCJ he said he was a some sort of supervisor at a coach firm. He wasn't a driver then but worked in the depot but I think he changed jobs around the time in Jan they didn't pay their rent. So might have moved to NE then.
National Express service 030 (Southsea-Portsmouth-London) is actually operated by Lucketts Travel Ltd, Broadcut, Wallington, Fareham, PO16 8TB (01329 237000), so that would appear to be the relevant employer.

That isngrea thanks Chris.

I thought he worked for Lucketts before so that makes sense now.

Would it be allowed if I phoned them and asked to speak to him (when I know he isn't going to be there) to see if they say , we don't know him or he has gone home?

Or am I not allowed to do that sort of 'investigation'?

Thanks
I can't think of any reason you can't try such a phone call.
