Tingling Sensation When Mediating
11 Answers
This is no doubt a punt in the dark but if you don't ask .....
I tried meditating about 20 years ago and when I did I experienced this weird tingling sensation flowing from my head down my into body and which then seemed to come out of my fingers and toes.
Even though I decided not to continue with Meditating the tingling sensation has never gone away and although it is always present it is more obvious just before I wake up and when I am about to fall off to sleep.
Has anyone else had a similar experiences?

I had a tingling feeling in my fingers, it didn't go away and by evening all the skin on my fingers had stripped off. They were all red raw. I went to the doctors next day and he said he hadn't seen or heard of this before. Just gave me a prescription for some hand cream. Took over a week to heal.
