Just got back from the asylum
Thanks to all who have replied to smows thread, tried to reply last night but wifi was iffy.
Mental health care is abysmal but despite that I'm glad to be back home and actually feel a bit better and more positive now even though ive got a few issues to deal with.
Actually got more support from the other inmates....sorry I meant patients, lol. Funny how people from all walks of life can bond through been in an institution together.
But many many thanks to all on here who have never judged me but rather offered support and well wishes. I appreciate it more than you know.

Where you didn't want to end up was Ward 2 in the main building, that was the 'secure unit', and talked about darkly by patients.
