Acea - suffix forming plural proper nouns such as Crustacea.
Ace small card and the a because it was in your given pattern. Sorry can't explain it better.

A very minor detail - the answer is -acea. I think Doc had to mention it was hyphenated because Acea/acea on its own isn't a word, a Chambers word.

Thanks for that, when I dictionary searched acea quite a few dictionaries were offering -acea and I went with the Collins version.
