i live in a end terrence house i am being told by the land lord father it is no t my wall there is an entry between my property and his he is saying i av got no write of way to do repairs on my wall where do i stand yours
why would you want to do repairs if you are only renting ... get the landlord to do them and pay for them!
In fact, i dont think you have any rights to do any work on a rented property do you?
i own the end terrenced house i do not rent it i live at 379 the two flats on the opposite are rented as there is a entry between us it is the landlord of the two flats i am having trouble with
i still am not sure of the issue - is the entry separating the two properties?
if so, the wall at the end of your yard is yours and the one on the other side is his.
can i suggest some punctuation - not meaning to be rude but it makes understanding quite difficult when you don't know where a statement ends.
can you explain in full please otherwise we can get the full story and help
And that the father of the landlord of two properties adjoinging yours is not allowing you access to repair the wall. As Zacsmaster suggests if you own the property look at your deeds...........
the entry is separating the two properties i have phoned my solicitor waiting for a reply and i will be getting in touch with woolwich they have got my deeds will it cost me for a copy
