Well I do need cheering up. Discovered I have a rat infestation yesterday. Managed to despatch 15 babies but ASBO and I cant find mummy rat(s). Rat man is going to charge £80. I've promised ASBO smoked salmon pate for a month if he finds the breeding female and sends her to the rat hole in the sky, but having eaten about 4 of the blighters yesterday he's feeling a little disinterested today. I wonder if he knows that he is going to Kitty Gulag for a fortnight.

I am consoling myself that it is my last working Friday before hols.

I can't think of much worse than a rat infestation (ugghhh). My feel good Friday is going round to a neighbours later on to meet her new little pug puppy. I love pugs.
