This man grew a breast on one side only , so he had one boob and one male nipple.
In the photo the 'female' nipple has been blanked out but the 'male' one remains on view.

I remember a story about a man going for his first tailor made suit and being asked which side he dressed on . He replies near the window where the light is better!
