Sunday Brunch !

Just returned from Lidl....The car park was packed, where the Tesco 300 yards away was only half full !

But I digress.......I have been up since 06:00 but have only just got around having something to eat, apart from my EMB ( Early Morning Banana )

So I have made some wonderful English Muffins, with smoked salmon and Philadelphia cream cheese !

I used too buy Bagels but they are a bit tough for my teeth these days.

Morning. My OH is cooking a fry up. Just for himself though. I'm not hungry yet but I didn't get up until 10.

I'm eating a serrano ham, cheese, tomato, black pepper and alioli baguette. OH made it.

At my parents for a visit. My mother did slow cooked brisket and all the trimmings. I just had veggies and gravy - I can't stand beef brisket.

Do you toast your Bagels Mikey? I find them much more palatable when toasted rather than just sliced and filled.

Each to their own though.

Eccles....I used to toast the raisin and cinnamon Bagels, but they are a little tough for my remaining teeth.

The Muffins are much softer, and lovely when toasted !
