Can't Get On Home Wifi On New Computer

OH bought a new HP computer with Window 10 about 6 weeks ago. He's not brilliantly computer-literate but has manged to do what he needs to do for last 10 years or so. (He runs a website and uses it mostly for emails). He set everything up and it has been working fine, but yesterday he couldn't get on the internet whatever he did. He had taken the lap top to our son's for a few days for him to help with something, and the problem started when we returned. He's getting very frustrated and hoping someone can help. Thanks in advance.

My guess is that it is trying to connect to his sons wi fi and not your wi fi.

Go in to the wi fi settings and click "disconnect" or "forget" or something similar to removed your sons wi fi connection.

Then go in to the wi fi application and reconnect to YOUR wi fi.
