CLUE
1. Mix Badly the Female with tennis love and a breather.

2. First word I think - spotless endlessly could be Whit(E) alongside -By. Whitby, then still pondering the second word.
3. Nothing ringing a bell at the moment (this is not a clue)
after Badly should be then not the.
3 Look for the name of some Caverns in the Yorkshire Dales near Pateley Bridge
2 Dave the second word sits on the cliff top above the town
Sorry maybe not letter count wrong for 2 ?
emeritus, that's all I found for 2 but the letter count would be out and doesn't fit in with the clue, unless you can parse differently.
I was just thinking a Novice in an Order could point to that place but as you say the letter count is wrong anyway. Ill Have another think
Dave How about Social Order = Caste + L (novice) = Castle
Although I dont think Whitby has one ?
Was just about to post the same, and first checked and it does show as a stately residence.

Job done.
