About how much would a solicitor charge to add another trustee's name to a will trust. So if the first trustee died there would be another trustee in place. Many thanks.

Well, I would have thought a nominal admin charge.
so would I
the one who really knows ( Barmaid who specialises in wills) is on her holz....

by will trust - I conclude you mean that a trust to be set up on the death of the testator who is er still alive
in whcih case you need to revise the will

this could be done by codicil - BC knws how to do that

I would have thought it is time to revise and review the will ... because if there is land involved, you need two trustees and the point seems to have been ignored

I could be wrong - see label at head of this thread
( and also BM tells me I am talking crip at regular intervals)

The original trust was set up 15yrs ago just with one trustee.
ring solicitor and ask

if the trust is up and running then the testator involved is dead (!) and we just did by resolution ( recorded) in the trust meeting minutes

Thank you.
Difficult to answer with any certainty but I would say no more than one hours work. Call round for quotes. Trust fund should pay for it.
