You mean Freecycle?  Most Freecycle groups are in the US, and I don't think it's very wellknown in the UK yet, but here's the list of non-US Freecycle groups: http://www.freecycle.org/display.php?region=International

There are loads of freecyle sites in the UK. Go to www.freecycle.org then click on United Kingdom for the full list. I've just started the Oldham one!
