All sorts of things, music , walks etc. help me to relax - but to relax totally, physically and mentally, a full back massage by my trusted therapist/beautician (a facial is also very relaxing) is guaranteed. My back muscles have been spasm-ing since Friday (spent some of today in bed with pain-killers). I've an appointment on Thurs.. BLISS!

Seriously, my neuro-surgeon recommended back massage at times like these. You come out feeling slightly drunk and very, very relaxed. Deep facial relaxes very well - but doesn't help my back! Hope this helps. :)
A large G+T and The Archers never fails for me.
My gift to Mikey:

First heard this recording with Heifetz himself when I was sixteen or something.

Tears for Grace Archer and the horse had finally dried up by that time.

(Or did the horse escape?)
It was a 10" thing (the record, I mean).

The VE less favoured Romance 1 was on the other side.
Music, Laurel & Hardy, my Kindle
Walking on the beach.
Embroidery. I'm not very skilled at it, but the repetitive action and focus required gets me out of my own head for a while.
Clover, that sounds like a nice way to pass some time.
Hi TWR, catching up with stuff on BBCiplayer, coming on here, reading, browsing ebay. When I have the time to do it, I love a good film on a Sunday afternoon with a drink & munchies.
