Another brilliant song from tonyav. Thank you.

My dingaling ?
Je t'aime

Most 11 year olds are familiar with this song by Nicki Minaj and will know the lyrics of the uncensored version which include lots of drug references, F words, *** references, sex references...

The video is not something you'd want a child to see and I wonder if parents know what sort of stuff young children are acccessing on their phones. Maybe it doesn't matter but I feel uncomfortable about it. At one time there would have beena furore but nowadays it seems anything goes.
It took me years to work out what 'afternoon delight' meant.
As for Greased Lightning, school productions change the lyrics to exclude the reference to the car being a "pussy wagon" and change a word so it says "the chicks'll SCREAM"
I think we've gone in a circle really , Je T'aime was frowned on in the day but would be seen as lightweight now - the opposite of where the thread started.

I try to be cautious when choosing songs and videos but it's easy to err sometimes.
I think the point is that very few of those songs that were accepted 50 years ago would be frowned on today even though we may now be more aware of their meaning as far worse seems to be widely available now- the only exceptions possibly being that songs that hint at paedophilia or perhaps un-PC references to black people when sung by white artists (the sun has got his hat on) would now be frowned on.
Yes, that is a good example of one that would cause concern now whereas explicit sex references, advocating drugs, reference to women as b1tcEHS and f words seem to slip through
