What Are These?

My daughter has found these on the wall and has been told they are spider eggs.
If this is so, how does she get them off the wall without them hatching and loads of baby spiders all over.
Also how does she make sure it doesn’t happen again.
Tried to put photo on but cannot.
They look like grains of sand and are in the corners of the wall up to the ceiling and are pale brown.
