Hi twr xx working mostly... But also saw a couple of friends with their little ones and a few lifts for mine. Working at the weekend too, a bit of sun is always good :-)

Hi Pixie, it's a bonus now if you see the sun, it's not so bad if it keeps dry, don't work to hard, xx
No... I sat down to do paperwork yesterday. Started off with a 5 minute break for 10 minutes, thought I'll start it in quarter of an hour. It's still waiting:-)
If lying on the sofa only moving to go to the loo is deemed interesting, then my answer is yes.

I will take each day as it comes so no exciting plans.
Not really. Catching up with housework. Our washing machine broke down and then I was poorly. Got the new machine yesterday so been doing lots of washing. Been doing jobs I've been meaning to do for ages. It's knackering me out though.
Took me old mum for her flu jag and shopping this morning, did my exercises getting ready for a return to work next week then tidied up in here as she who must be obeyed is slightly under the weather.

Off grog during the week which I've negotiated to Mon-Thurs so I'm airport pickup for sister visiting from that London. Bliddy 23:10 flight.
Have you got your new blinds, Ummmm?
I'm off grog altogether. Don't actually miss it.
Dog walking, hospital for blood tests, shopping, gardening, cooking. Same old, same old.
Yes, Tilly, but he measured the middle window wrong!!! We've ordered a new one which should be here in a few days and the other one can go in another room.
I know what you mean, been dry since early August, getting my Stoptober in early I'm saying.
Good to confirm that it can be done even after years of practice.
Had a Costco trip which for once didn't cost an arm and a leg. Also FaceTime from eldest son who lives in foreign parts. Realised that skirting boards don't dust themselves, in the same way stairs don't vacuum themselves... Did some planning for a few short trips away, always something to look forward to as winter approaches.
Evening, Sweetie.....the weather has been beautiful today but I did spend the best part of it with a really nice nurse in the hospital....
Had to pick up all the prep and info for a scan....it includes a diet sheet which allows grape juice....and she agreed with me that white wine can be classed as grape juice!..... :-)

Mind you...with nothing much to eat for two days before the tests someone who gets quite mellow on two glasses might not want a glass of white wine on an empty stomach..... :-(

All well with you?....Still treating MrsTWR to mushy peas?....xxx

Hi my Apple, OH yes today it was a change to a Noodle Lunch in the Blackburn Market, It's very unfair to keep buying her Pie / Peas, the trouble is there comes a strange smell in the evening when we watch tv, I keep wondering why there's so much Fresh Air spray under the sink. xxx
Hmmmm......be careful about ringing the changes, TWR......makes us suspicious!.... ;-)....x

Hope you take this in the spirit it's intended TWR

That really was a 'Great Typo' ;o)
Did a tour of the backstreets of London between St Pauls and Westminster. On the way home, decided on the spur of the moment to take a boat to the Thames Barrier as it was such a lovely day. Sat up the front talking to the skipper. Even saw some seals. Really good day.
