If you have a savings account with an online only bank, and forget your password, what can you do?

ring up customer services for help

Usually, at the log in stage, there is a link to "forgotten password?" That should start the process to generate a new one.

If that does not work, click on the help link and search for lost/forgotten password.

there is usually a forgot your password ? option on line when you try to log on
