I remember Paul O'grady saying he used hemorrhoid cream for bags under the eyes. He said it worked! I also remember reading that white wine can cause bags under eyes. Hope you can reduce them at least...
Pile cream has been a well known use for eye puffiness for years but I think they've taken the main ingredient that works out of it now. Egg white will tighten but this is all temporary and doesn't look good if you put make-up over it. The miracle stuff they advertise myperfecteyes also works but leaves a film you can't put make-up over. i'm currently using Ren Instant brightening shot. It's OK but not miraculous for the price, it does help a little first thing in the morning.
Don't worry, there are plenty solutions for this. You can try with tea bags, leave them for around 10 minutes and then wash your face, do this daily before going to sleep and for better results, apply a moisturizer, like dermalmd treatment for under eye circles.
