MY COMPUTER XP HAS GOT PROBLEM. WHEN I TYPE IN YOUR-XARR7FQXOM IT COMES UP WHICH ACCOUNT DO YOU WANT TO USE TO OPEN THIS ASKS ME FOR A PASS WORD.I dont know how to get a password .this sounds stupid but i am in trouble.

it wont let me download programmes cant navigate onMSN.CANT DOWNLOAD GOOGLE I HAVE ALREADY REMOVED WINDOWS AND REINSTALLED FROM MY 3 SONY XP DISCS DIDNT HELP.

I'm not entirely sure as to where you're getting stuck with using Windows XP but it might be worth trying to get in via the default Administrator account. See here:

However XP is ancient and, more importantly, insecure. You can get a damned good Windows 7 computer (from a firm that I know and trust) for £64.70 including carriage:
