What you have is a load of massive egos with unswerving confidence in their own abilities with massive delusions of grandeur, who in reality have very little idea at all. All trying to raise their own profile at the same time as lowering the profile of all the others. Hilarious watching them bounce off each other. In the later stages, usually a few good ones emerge but for now we are sifting the chaff. Last night the girls lost but as a guest I'd rather been in their box than the boys!
