parcel tracking

i posted a parcel to france from a post office, it has subsequently got lost in the post and i have lost my receipt, if i contact the post office from which it was sent will they be able to give me the details i need to track the parcel and find out where it is

Hi danchip - I would think you need the tracking number but why dont you send them a quick email - their website seems pretty straight forward. BTW if you need a french translator - see below ..........
