Wetherspoons

I am in Wetherspoons and there is a heated atmosphere due to Wetherspoons announcing that staff will not be wearing poppies this year due to multiculturalism!! Some folks are up in arms.
I cannot see no notice a anywhere to state this so meanwhile I will carry on getting sloshed!! :-)

I was in Wetherspoons this morning and there were poppy collecting boxes on the bar, I put money in and bought a poppie.

Almost forgot to return here. Thanks for the advice re Wetherspoons curries. May have to go try one next week. Will make a change from a tin of soup. Remembering is the difficult thing. So many things I decide to do and then forget :-(
