Signing Out

When I sign out of BT Yahoo, 20 minutes later it asks if I have finished etc and I cannot use my phone unless I switch off my pc. what am I doing wrong, Can you help?

You're not disconnecting. There should be a little icon at the bottom-right of your screen which is a picture of two computer monitors. Right-click on it and select "disconnect".

BT Yahoo Broadband or dial up? I don't think bt yahoo do a dial up service which means your broadband should have telephone access at the same time. make sure your filter is working properly
