That's a shame, 237....it's fun....joyous and brings lots of different folk together having fun......sharing their talents........Silly?....Never!
Wouldn't the world be dull if we didn't experience events like this....I love them.

I think Flashmobs and the like are just trying to create some kind of community spirit in London. Nice idea but there is no community in London because too many millions of people live there.

237....Flashmobs occur all over the world, not just in London, and I am really not quite sure what you mean about London.

As I have said, and others have agreed, Flashmobs seem to very popular....I, for one, would love to find myself in the middle of one !

I know what you mean Mikey. You live in Wales and I live in London. Most Londoners would look at a Flashmob for about 3 seconds. I know I would.

I have never taken part in nor seen a flash mob but I do have a friend who has taken part in one...and it was in London.....people watched....joined in....applauded......one of the best experiences she'd had she tells me.....
Just look at the hundreds of videos of flashmobs....people love them...even in London....:-)

237...these people in the Piazza, at Covent Garden seem to enjoying themselves. One of the earlier links was filmed in John Lewis.

We know that, 237....flashmobs are a sudden and unexpected extra.....everywhere.....
I don't go to London in the hope of seeing a flashmob!
I have taken school parties,......visitors from abroad....I have found the hidden places of London with my moaning minnies group.....
You don't think that because we enjoy flashmobs we don't know about London......and strive to find out more about the city?
