Npower chasing
3 Answers
We recently moved into a property and npower have been sending letters to "the occupier" threatening all kinds, the way they treat you is disgusting.
Can they do anything if all the information they have is your address - no name or anything!
Please help

If so, write to them (recorded delivery and keep a copy) to tell them when you moved in and that you are not getting power from them, and ask them to stop writing to the address.
They cannot take any action against you if you do not owe them any money, but it would be a good idea to check your credit reference records after a month or two just in case something has found its way there.
