I believe the jury is still out about this mudman. Personally l feel that i have better digestion and smoother digestive transit when i incorporate these into my diet, especially after drinking so maybe it works for some and not for others, I used yakult but now use "lancashire farms probiotic natural yoghurt" from asda, they're doing it for a pound special offer, with this youghurt i usually add fruit, a lillte milkshake flavouring or r milk to make a buttermilk typed drink.
Thanx Mrmoon.. Actaully is was the discomfort caused by a 'few too many' a couple of weeks ago that made me think about trying them.. We'll see how it goes.
And Karen.. I'm afraid the only 'Bifi' anything I remember from school involved a comic! LoL.
Haha.. I'm very trusting of people till they try to sell something, Then I believe very little of what i'm told... No harm done friend.
This AB is great for finding out what's marketing BS though.. Don't you agree?
To a point, but you'll always get folk who stand by a product even though you know it's s**t, or have something you know works and everyone is too cynical to believe you. You just have to take all points on board and go with your own judgement.
As I have written earlier, I have taken probiotics and prebiotics for a month now. It was because I saw something which said that cleaning the gut or large intestine was beneficial. As I am 90+ I thought it might help me shuffle around much easier. I feel they have improved me, even removing my gout, so I am continuing taking them. Take it in soluble powder form, tasteless, obtainable from Bimuno, £10 per month. It is worth giving them a try.
