Realistically can a 60 year old woman improve her very loose skin after weight loss without surgery? If so, how?
It is all over, even her forearms have 'bingo wings'.

no
I doubt it, skin apparently loses elasticity over time.

She's been exercising like a mad thing with no visible improvement and is now looking at lotions and potions that are promising miracles. I don't want her either wasting her money or being disappointed.
I think only surgery can shift it. Not to be undertaken lightly.
Fraid not HC best save up and go to Poland great surgeons out there and a fraction of the price x

She's my sister in law so I certainly won't be footing any bills, but she is very depressed about it. She's worried about the surgery though - inasmuch as where would it stop? Her face, neck, arms, boobs, belly, bum and thighs are all affected. Also, I think she feels she is too old for 'vanity surgery' as she calls it.
60 is no age..a complete body lift I believe is available !
Question Author
I'm glad you've posted on the thread, Islay, I know you are planning on such surgery.
Any idea how much a full body lift costs and what it includes?
Yes arms boobs belly thighs and pubis was about 12 grand in Poland about 20 grand in the uk. Obviously would not be able to do that in 1 go but 2 ops in 1 year is achievable.

what happens if you have a body lift then put weight back on again?
Pretty much the same - the skin will stretch and sag again
