I would like to put a container of bath salts on the edge of my bath obviously I don't want glass, but I would like something attractive, most plastic looks a bit cheap and cheerful, any ideas please.

no, ummmm, never. I obviously don't move in the right (or wrong!) circles.
The salt box won't be damp proof so the salts might clump together a bit in the humid atmosphere of a bathroom, this is why they were always in jars.
Lined white wicker basket ?
