chicken leg could be right though as it is the term used sometimes for a disease in chickens.
All the answers I have seen have included a body part. Pox would fit the bill of course if answers need only be related to the body as it affects the skin.

Thanks. Sore thumb of course includes a body part but hernia doesn't so as you say chicken pox will be fine
