Might be a stupid question but have you eaten properly today? Or maybe it's a bug in which case get some sleep if that's what your body's telling you to do.
Sometimes , yes. If I have been on the go for too long and haven't slept/eaten properly and basically just overdone it , then I have felt nauseous too. If after a good nights sleep and plenty to eat you still feel the same way then it may not be attributed to tiredness. It could be any number of things like a bug you may have picked up or even pregnancy. Could that be a possibility ?

Not pregnant! argghhhhh! Am overtired, am waking up early....poor sleeper as well. Thanks for replies!
If I get overtired I always feel nausous. I sympathise `cos I`m a very bad sleeper. Do you smoke? That & being tired can also make you feel sick
Question Author
smoke very little and haven't smoked all week. However, did have two cups of strong coffee yesterday that I NEVER drink, so wonder if that added to it all. Felt sickly straight after them. Feel a bit better today, although slept poorly again last night...never mind, eh?!
