Jonathan Ross Chat Show
Last night, someone called Marion Ghost...... was a guest on Jonathan Ross Chat Show and I am appalled that he talked of killing a dog and made jokes about dying people and chemo therapy. I am so angry! Does anyone know where in the vast BBC I can register a complaint? Even the audience were shocked at what was being discussed and this type of "chat" I strongly feel is way out of line. Do you agree?

BBC apologises over Jonathan Ross guest
Wednesday, April 20 2005, 16:27 BST -- by Daniel Saney
The BBC has apologised after viewers complained about distasteful jokes made by a guest on last week's Friday Night With Jonathan Ross.
350 viewers complained after taking offence at jokes made by spoof psychic Shirley Ghostman, played by Marc Wootton, about such topics as Jews and cancer.
The host's description of guest Nicole Kidman's mother as 'a bitch' also drew a few complaints.
The broadcaster stated: "We are sorry that many viewers felt remarks made by Shirley Ghostman were unacceptable.
It added that the topics covered by Ghostman's jokes reflected the extreme nature of subjects in 'genuine' psychic shows, saying: "In certain cases the material may cause offence because of its extremes.
"Most viewers are aware of the style and nature of Friday Night With Jonathan Ross, but we realise the comments were clearly more extreme to some viewers for whom the spoof nature of this character was perhaps unclear.
"It was certainly not our intention to cause such offence."

Its simple if you don't like it don't watch it, turn the TV over or off !. I can never understand why people feel they have the right to decide what other people watch !! Someone might have enjoyed it.
If I had my way I'd ban all soap operas, Big Brother and those halifax adverts with that 4 eyed brummie git, but its a free country and other people enjoy those programs, so I just don't watch them.
