mixed-race couples in adverts? Is it because they're trying to show they're racially tolerant, displaying they're agreeing with current philosophies or merely saying 'it's ok to have mixed-race couples'? If it's for any of these reasons I'm ashamed and disgusted.

I live in Hampshire and worked within the local NHS providing services for elderly people (over 60) and I retired 11years ago. I couldn't count the number of mixed ethnicity couples I met in the course of my work which was mostly rural and semi rural.

The problem with that idea is that you wouldn't have only multi- coloured people, you would spread out the human genome so much, and have an 'average' human being, no chess grandmasters, at least to compare with those of now, and no record-breaking athletes.
A human would be like a camel; a racehorse designed by a committee.

It is not only live actors, mixed race couples are shown in cartoon versions as well.

Interesting to note however the mixed face couples are mainly formed with a white wife and a black father, does this send the message that women are less racist than men?

Why does it always have to be black and white, why not white and Asian or white and Chinese, come to that why do whites have to be included at all, why not black and Asian couples?
