Best advice

If you were giving advice or just generally answering a question on answerbank, which subject would you prefer to give this advice/answer to, or do you just prefer to give a basic answer on anything without being/making out your knowledgeable on that subject, or do you prefer to just gossip or banter.

For the record i will chat sport 24/7 especially football as i feel i can give a good account of myself in this section {sport} tho i do try to participate in other sections within reason

I'll answer anything that interests me. If i'm knowledgeable on that subject then i'll give a more detailed answer, if not i'll keep it short enough to get my point across.

I like music enough to think that I know a bit about it, and although I love football, I wouldn't get into a huge discussion about it unless I sure of what I was talking about.

Mind you a bit of banter never done anyone any harm, did it? lol

Hi Laurie, how you doing? :o) Usually only answer on things I have some knowledge of, be it fact or advice, and that particularly applies to the "this has happened to me, what should I do?" Unless I've been there myself, I don't offer advice. Love the footie banter, but will chat about most sports (apart from cricket lol) and I quite enjoy the daft threads sometimes too, tho as a non-night time ABer, I do miss most of the chats, but I don't really mind too much.

parenting ( because I have a large family who have so far,touch wood, turned out ok and a bit of a screwed up childhood myself)

body and soul ( because I like a good laugh)

history ( because I have a history degree)

News ( because I'm an opiniontaed s***e

I would also answer on sport again football as I played at a decent level also spent about 8 years as a football scout, I like B& S, cos I LOVE all the ladies on there, specially, Pippa, Julie, Pink, champagne,wonderwoman,kick,electric, sam, god I could go on & on, there are lots more of them,sorry if I missed your name out ladies,but you are all great, & wingnut

i'm drifting about a bit at the mo. just moved house and having some animal problems so i'm in the animals and nature bit.
do a bit science with my degree, usually environmental marine biology stuff.
try my best to stay away from the news section cos i imagine debates could get a bit lively....i can feel it drawing me though.
not a huge music fan at the mo because so much of the modern stuff just doesnt do it for me.
big sport fan, espesh footy & cricket, doesnt seem to be much in the way of debate goin on over there lately though.
so B&S it is mainly these days, the patter on a nightime has me creased up sometimes. losing the rabbit and stimulating the clematis had the missus wondering wot i was doing last night when i burst out laughing!!

My favourite stuff is usually medical related coz I've got a bit of an obsession with that kind of thing. I would be REALLY good at answering questions about Crap TV, Telecoms & Broadband Faults (work), life as an almost 30 married mother of 1!!!

B&S .....because its funny and infuriating,but i can answer most the questions asked!

sport.. i can hold my own on football,but the regulars make my knowledge useless!!

H&G...... i am pretty handy in this area, also i like to learn off the pro's!!

motoring... i love cars,love talking about cars,and i love to learn about cars!

F&D....i love it in there,its great to listen and learn!!

music.. its ok, but this new boom boom stuff does my head in!!

P&P... its like visiting your favourite uncle in there!!

i hate to post in the news section because it is just a wind up section in there!!
