Argos sell them and they're always happy to get stock from the warehouse area and let customers take a look before deciding whether to buy. They offer the phones both SIM free or with contracts to various providers:

They also offer them tied to EE's service (which would be madness, because you'd be getting the same service as Asda Mobile uses but at nearly four times the price for basic calls!) or SIM-free.

If I wanted a non-smart Nokia phone, I'd go for the nokia 216....better than the 3310 and cheaper. Available in mint, black or white and at Tesco.
