DWP are pretty hopeless
claims excluded - sometimes never - or usually never
I even made a vol dec on overpayment ( voluntary declaration )
and even made enquiries about was I under a duty to say
"hullooooo - I made a vol dec, didja get it or what ?"
( No I wasnt )
in September and they started claw back in .. January without even an explanation of what they were up to - the total clawback after twelve months was exactly the amount I had declared overpaid
They never said diddly squat
they really are that crap
