I Cant Even Blame Alcohol For This One

Friend coming tonight. CBA to leave the house so can knock up a meal from what I have in freezer, cupboards etc.

So I got pork out the freezer. Or so I thought. I got one portion of pork and one portion of chicken (I portion my meat before I freeze it so I am not trying to knock lumps off a frozen block).

Idiot. I am now quickly defrosting more pork.

With spare chicken breast do I

a) knock up a fancy starter - although lord knows what
b) poach it and freeze it
c) poach it and share it between his dog and my cat

Cook chicken and have it for lunch tomorrow in a sandwich+ some soup...home made if you can find it in the freezer!!!!

You could make a couple of little satay chicken skewers as a starter.

... I'd cut the chicken into thin strips and flash fry it with some balsamic vinegar & truffle oil & black pepper - serve with some green crap as a starter ...

NoM. No skewers. I think chicken bites on a cocktail stick with a quicky satay sauce might work. My cat and his dog now hate you.........

Fry the chicken sarnie and pour hot sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese then grill........ something of an expert with random stuff from cupboard or freezer!!
