There was one lady in accounts who apparently just went, she was made redundant apart from that no one else. The person my husband is up against has been there 4 months so is out of probation period and I understand the same process has to be followed regardless of length of service? To add too, this other person is on at least £10k more than my husband so from a cost point of view would save more by loosing the other person than my husband. They are both on 3 months and would get statutory redundancy payments, only difference is my husband will have been there 4 years the other person less than a year.
