Sorry, wrong thread.
Hyssopus officinalis evergreen garden herb of the mint family (Lamiaceae), grown for its aromatic leaves and flowers. The plant has a sweet scent and a warm bitter taste and has... Mint order of flowering plants, including 24 families, 1,059 genera, and more than 23,800 species.

so yes it is...
Rose- a rose is also the name of the sprinkler on a watering can.

So the answer may be Hyssop.
lupin ??loop in
mint is quite a good answer......
I saw Mistletoe go through for a different clue Danny and just had a pop at it not being the "flowers" that come to mind. Mint does flower as well. The only type of mint with a hole is a Polo Mint. :))
Emmie, the mint plant does not flower. Some members of the mint family do.
Togo, I grew mint in my garden for a number of years and never saw a flower on it.
Catmint ?
Mint looks like a good answer. Googling suggests mint does flower
