No- I was thinking of an 8 letter one one in Scotland but the clue would need a question mark or 'sounds like' indicator

It is a privately produced quiz by an individual who raises money for the Compton Hospice, he does it every year. Last year he raised £1250 for the hospice.

Someone else posted a question from the same quiz the clue was Put the 302 right in order (9). They were kindly given the answer Criccieth. You have some very clever people out there.
However, the person posing that question was given the "third degree"

Thanks. Fabonacci comes across as quite rude, I felt quite intimidated by his demands, just using the word "politely" doesnt mean that is how it is received. It is such a shame, as you are very helpful people usually and when I joined last year you were all great and I completed that quiz, didnt win but helped to raise some money. Best of luck to others.
