Lots of running around to do today. Friends to see, A couple of farms to be visited, shops to be raided. It's nice to be able to get out! First stop the council offices.

can't manage it any more, went out yesterday for a loaf of bread, that was my sum total of exercise for the day.
online shopping is the only way to get all i need in one go.

Talking of internet, the younger alba spent 4 hours in the wee sma' hours researching Scottish folklore.
He went looking for something and got side-tracked (as you do lol)
