It's quite a task going anywhere during Christmas with hectic bookings and all. You could catch hold of travel agents to plan it for you, but the catch is you've got to shell out a bit more on their commission. Instead you can do the hard work yourself, or take the help of websites like Center'd.com to do the planning for you. I've heard someone say it's pretty useful and has some good holiday plans.
