30 down - I see Azed forgot to flag this is not in Chambers 2014, being one of the "star words" in previous editions

You're quite right. Most barred puzzles which explicitly mention a primary reference now give the 2016 revision (wherein the infamous "star words" were reinstated). I'm not sure why Azed hasn't done the same, thus averting the problem.

Chambers was given a makeover in its 12th edition (2011), which featured a "Word Lover's Miscellany", stuck in the middle of the A-Z section between 'maiden' and 'maidism'. Additionally, in the main body of the dictionary the entries for certain 'enriching' words and phrases deemed to be particularly 'intriguing or charming' (the first being 'abbot of unreason') were highlighted and marked with a star. These innovations were not met with general acclaim and did not reappear in the 13th edition of 2014; unfortunately, neither did any of the words and phrases which had been 'starred' in the 12th edition. 'Abbot of unreason', 'zoozoo' and about 500 words in between, all gone! A list of the omitted words was made available online, and they were reinstated in the 2016 revision of the 13th edition.
For anyone with the 2014 edition, the missing words can still be found at
