an hours swimming or an hours aerbics. i am notobease or hugely overweight but would liek to loose my belly! which would benifit me more??

why not try both?
But if i'd have to choose one i'd choose aerobics purely because swimming gets boring after a while for me.
I think that swimming would burn more energy because as well as the exercise, your body is using extra fuel to keep your blood warm in the water.
Swimming is by far the better of the two, your using alot more energy & muscles as well
If your not already fit,then go swimming. One hour of aerobics will be too much. If you choose swimming,then it must be at a fast pace,that's not the speed through the water but you leg/arm movements,otherwise,because of the bouyancy of the water it would just be gentle exercise.
As with any exercise,don't do too much to begin with
