an hours swimming or an hours aerbics. i am notobease or hugely overweight but would liek to loose my belly! which would benifit me more??

If you choose swimming,then it must be at a fast pace,that's not the speed through the water but you leg/arm movements,otherwise,because of the bouyancy of the water it would just be gentle exercise.
