How can I do a Restore on this computer as this afternoon preparing a large wotk book ready fo 2018 after doing OK for half way through I must have slipped back into the 2017 book and thinking it was still 201 I have deleted about half the pages in the book and cannot find how to do a restore to rectify my stupid error and wasting a years work. Can anyone please help.

System Restore only restores registry files, not those for individual documents, workbooks, etc. You'll have to hope that the software you're using has created a backup file. Which program is it?
