I do not like the new Rory. He is not a patch on the old one. Anyone know why he left?

“I got tired of it, I haven’t been happy for the last two years working there."

“There was no row with Brendan, there was no dispute over money or anything – in fact quite the opposite. I got so well paid it enabled me to be able to leave. We’re so big now that years are scheduled out. It’s not exhausting, it’s just boring.”

He added: “It can’t get any bigger now and just knowing what you were going to be doing, it was starting to get a bit like the civil service. It was becoming a chore for me, doing the same thing… For the first time in years I feel alive.”

Not keen either, Caran...so far anyway.....he lacks the amusing charm the old Rory had....a little bit sharp I think......x

I hope he settles in and finds his own level. I love the show, don't want it to be spoiled.

I didn't think much to him either. Think it would have been better if he'd studied the old Rory's mannerisms and way of talking - plastic surgery wouldn't have altered those.

Exactly roo, his mannerisms wouldn't have changed at all. This bloke seems to have no charisma whatsoever !
