I recently started homeschool, and it is the least active I’ve ever been in my life. This is worrying me, since I’ve always been somewhat fit and I want to stay fit. So my other homeschool friend and I have decided to work out together once or twice a week. What is a good routine we could do? We would like something simple enough, and something that doesn’t include weights. Just things like running, sit ups, push ups, squats, etc. we are both young teenagers (13 and 14). We would like something that we can easily do, so not joining a gym, and we can do in one place (not like riding a bike or walking everywhere we go, like others have suggested). We want Somme kind of an actual work out thing. I also try to go rock climbing every Monday, I’m not sure if that’s important info, but yeah. Thanks!
Oops I just made yours best answer. But yeah I didn’t quite get the answer I was looking for before, but I actually just saw the answer you gave for that one, and I somehow never thought of doing that. I will definitely try to domwhat my school did, thanks
Mallyj, I just said that I hadn’t got the answer I was looking for. “I actually just saw the answer you gave” I did not see what pasta wrote, and all of the other answers were not what I wanted. Since people had stopped answering those, I posted a new one. I don’t know how the heck you thought I had the answer I wanted beforehand.
