Progress With My New Breadmaker

Well I have had three efforts, first was the simple white, turned out quite nice, second was a disaster and turned out like breadcrumbs, after re reading the recipe I realized I had misread the qtys. Lesson learnt, be careful with the measurements. Third effort was whole meal and is really lovely even the next day. But I wish I had know that machines with osmy retractable paddles existed. I have ordered the recipe book recommended by you guys. Thanks. I hope I don't put on weight, but I have really impressed my little granddaughter !
