Did man really go to the moon ? Or was it a Capricorn One type movie set established 150 miles outside Las Vegas? To try and divert the American public,s attention at that time away from the true horrors of the Vietnam War . Which eventually cost over 2,000,000 lives.

Did they go to the moon, NO WAY. Just don't believe it. Think you are along the right lines with Capricorn One. Lets face it, with all the technology available today they cant even take off or land a space shuttle, let alone go to the moon.

They routinely measure the distance to the moon with milimeter accuracy.

How do they do this? They bounce lasers off the reflectors left by Apollo11, 14 & 15.

Are all these scientists part of the conspiracy too?

What about all of the geologist who've worked on the lunar samples? Or did the CIA fabricate the samples?

What about the Sir Bernard Lovell at Jodrell bank in the UK and Parkes in Australia who relayed the signals were they co-conspirators? if not where were the signals coming from when they relayed the transmissions from the moon?

Exactly how many people would have had to be in on this?

As conspiracy theories go it has to be about the most ridiculous

When ever something truly momentous happens - moon landing / death of kenedy / death of Diana / 911 -

some people want to believe a nice simple explanation to explain what may simply be fact or fate - hence the conspiracy theories.

In all these instances, just think about the large number of people you would have to have to keep quiet - in some cases, the older incidents, long past the time when their masters have either died or moved out of power, and still no-one comes forward with the 'truth'? That's because we have the truth, but some people prefer simply not to believe that something so enourmous just happened, or was as depicted, so they imagine that shadowy figures are trying to kep the truth hidden.

Who?

Why?

I think sometimes you can accept that what happened, hapened, and there is no massive cover-up.

I always think its a real insult to some very brave guys to suggest that the moon landings were faked, If you have seen the Apollo rocket at Kennedy Space Centre you would appreciate how brave (Or utterly insane) you would have to be to sit on top of it when it blasted off into space.

Not sure what you are getting at with the Guinea pigs. But if it where true it's a strong indicator that they expected the astronauts to have to endure some sort of radiation not something that you'd do to make a movie eh? I assume you are referring to the van allen belt exposure:

Thanks Loosehead i don,t know if this is true but from what i,ve been told but during Clinton,s presidency he publically apologised for these tests which went back many years and the coverup conspiracy...
